Dear FAC Members AND Guests 

We are excited to announce that we are nearing completion of the remodel at FAC West.  As part of our remodel project, we have included other areas of FAC West to undergo a series of upgrades to make your membership experience even better! While we await equipment to be delivered for the new space, we will complete the final portion of the FAC West remodel. Included areas in the final phase are the lobby, locker rooms, and pool.  These areas will be temporarily closed September 23 - October 11.

Our lobby will be receiving a stylish update to create a more inviting and modern atmosphere as soon as you walk through our doors. Whether you're catching up with friends or waiting for a class, we want the lobby to be a space where you can enjoy spending time. The locker rooms will receive brand-new lockers with locks, paint, new grout, and a deep cleaning, ensuring they are welcoming and pristine when they reopen. These improvements are part of our commitment to providing you with a top-notch environment that you can enjoy every time you visit.

For those with locker rentals, please make sure to clean out your lockers and turn in any FAC locks to the front desk by 9pm Friday, September 20.  Once the locker room reopens, you will be able to rent a locker by completing the locker rental form at the front desk or with a membership representative.

The pool deck will be professionally cleaned, and some maintenance items will be addressed in the pool area. The East outdoor pool will remain open and heated through the end of the remodel. There will be 7 lanes available for lap swimming.  Please remember to reserve a lane to make sure there is one available when you would like to swim.   Please be courteous and cancel your swim lane reservation if you will not be using the lane. 

The cardio room, current weight room and Group Fitness rooms at FAC West will remain open during the closure of the lobby, locker rooms and pools.  Access will be at the North end of the building.  Look for posted signs to the entrance. As a reminder, your membership allows you to use either facility so feel free to use FAC East.

We have set a tentative Grand Opening date of Oct 12 for the remodeled areas of FAC West.  This date is dependent upon completion of the planned work. Stay tuned for more information over the next few weeks.
