Kate loves to dance and lift! She became a Zumba Instructor in 2017 and has been teaching group fitness ever since. She is also a Certified BODYPUMP Instructor. Kate is known for her warm and playful personality. Her focus is to create a high energy, effective and FUN work out for all fitness levels. She has a knack for helping new and advanced students alike to simply let loose and enjoy life through movement.
In her spare time, Kate enjoys swimming, skiing, reading, camping, hiking, spending time with her cute husband and four young children.
