Group Fitness Overview
Our professional group fitness instructors are certified by an NCCA accredited National Organization such as ACE, AFFA, and NETA. Modifications are demonstrated for lower intensity workouts. If you ever feel you are working too hard, or feel discomfort doing a particular exercise, ease off and speak with your instructor. Our group fitness floors are of suspended wood, which provides a resilient, safe surface that helps absorb impact. Each class is designated for one or all fitness levels: Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced, but anyone may attend and modify.
