FITNESS COACHING

For those on the go or with limited availability, Fitness Coaching at FAC includes a strengthening and stretching program designed specifically for you. It includes weekly exercise schedules, regular in-depth assessments, and weekly phone or email consultations from one of our highly qualified, nationally certified Personal Trainers. If you are a person with some fitness direction and knowledge, and looking for accountability and direction, this may be a great option for you!
