Led by the experienced and passionate Daniel Martinez, a seasoned manager and personal trainer, this program is designed to help kids and teens aged 5–18 unlock their full potential—whether they're just starting out or already competing at a high level.

    • Building Speed, Strength, Agility, and Flexibility: These are the cornerstones of athletic performance, helping young athletes move faster, jump higher, and recover quicker.
    • Developing Sport-Specific Skills: Every sport has its unique demands, and we tailor our training to help your child excel in theirs.
    • Mastering Proper Exercise Fundamentals and Techniques: Good habits start early. We teach kids how to move safely and effectively, setting them up for a lifetime of healthy fitness practices.

Introducing Torpedoes: Swim, Learn, and Grow!

Calling all young swimmers! If your child is ready to take their swimming skills to the next level, Torpedoes is here to make a splash. Designed for kids ages 6-14 who can already swim 25 yards of freestyle with rotary breathing, this program is all about building confidence, mastering new skills, and having fun in the water.

What Torpedoes Offers

Torpedoes isn't just another swim class—it's a stepping stone to becoming a well-rounded swimmer. Here's what your child will experience:

    • Learn the Competitive Strokes: Beyond freestyle, kids will be taught and guided through the three remaining competitive strokes: butterfly, breaststroke, and backstroke.
    • Plenty of Practice: With ample time in the water, your child will have the opportunity to refine their technique and build endurance.
    • Goal Setting: We believe in the power of setting and achieving goals. Torpedoes helps kids develop this important life skill in a supportive, encouraging environment.
