Class Schedules

We are pleased to offer complete fitness testing and evaluation to FAC members. Sub-maximal assessments are designed to determine your current fitness level and to recommend a fitness program to help you reach desired goals. A great motivational tool! We recommend an assessment about every four months to keep you on track with your goals. Your first fitness assessment is free.

    Assessment Consists Of:
  1. Flexibility
  2. Muscular Strength and Endurance
  3. Cardiovascular Endurance
  4. Percent Body Fat - Skinfold
  5. Resting Heart Rate
  6. Blood Pressure
  7. Measurements
  8. Assessment and Recommendations

Wear shorts and short-sleeved t-shirt. (No sweatpants or tights/leotards). Do not drink caffeine, use nicotine or exercise 4-5 hours prior. Do not eat 1 hour prior.
