Personal Training

The Personal Trainers at FAC are some of the most highly trained professionals in the fitness industry. Each member of our staff has a four year degree in a health field or at least 3 years experience and all are certified personal trainers.

Our Fitness Professionals perform in-depth assessments including analyzing gait, posture, range of motion, structural alignment, nutrition and goals. From this information our trainers create individualized and appropriate programs. Regularly scheduled evaluations ensure all programs are progressive in nature and that the participant’s individual needs and goals are fully met.
